The fashion awards UK and Pierpaolo of La Maison Valentino
British fashion council, BFC Foundation held the fashion awards in London once a year. The biggest fashion award in the world.
This event is to support young generation, keep them inspired and motivate them to know that there is a future for creativity.
Last year, 2022, Pierpaolo got the designer of year 2022. He is Italian and creative director for Valentino / La Maison Valentino since 2008. Not only 2022, he also received the designer of year in 2018.
His fashion creativity idea is present life today into fashion.
During his six years at the helm of Valentino, the designer has transformed haute couture into a vehicle for expressing big, bold ideas.
He says
I have always loved cinema and during my adolescence I dreamed of becoming a movie director. When I discovered fashion and its narrative power, I decided to become a designer. It was for me a natural evolution of a dream.
