UK customer:

Place your order before noon Monday to Friday and we’ll deliver it within 3 working days. Please allow a further 1-3 working days for AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland. Please note that our delivery providers do not deliver on bank holidays.

Please be advised that customers are responsible for customs charges they may be subject to on goods entering their country from the UK.

International customer:

Place your order before noon Monday to Friday and we’ll deliver it within 3 working days. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for rest of world. We will use the tracking service. However, it is not available for all the countries, if not applies, we will send as signed service.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Refund. Please note the refund is back to your original payment method.

If you would like a refund, you must write us on info@tomomiyamamoto.com  your return within 14 days of your order being received. And we need to receive the item within 14 days of your returns email request. We will indicate the returning address by e-mail.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging.

We highly recommend to send by Royal Mail as small parcel ‘Tracked 48 with signature’ which comes with up to 150 pounds compensation. We are not liable for any damage or loss whilst the return is in transit.

Any faulty or a damaged item, the timeline is same as the above, however, after receiving and checking the item and we notice that it was our manufacturing faulty or problem, (It will not include faulty happens during delivery.), we will refund you including all delivery costs for UK customers. For the international delivery, delivery costs will be customers responsibility in any case.
